Scope and Content	Relates to a 45 year old male born in 1963, noting that he is a friend of [an individual] who was resident at Haut de la Garenne with him. Refers to numerous attempts by CI [Civilian Investigator] [Graeme] Ogilvie to make an appointment to speak with [the individual], noting meeting attended by him on 11 November 2008 in the presence of Ray Alexander from the NSPCC [National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children]. Refers to the individual stating that all of the information he holds relates to staff and residents now deceased. Refers to him having being sented with his school friend in 1976 aged 13 by the Royal Court for numerous offences and sent to Bristol.
