Refers to a copy of the Kathie Bull Report having been given to the media but not States members, expressing surprise that Deputy [Terry] Le Main and members of the Housing Committee had not yet been given copies. Requests that States members be given copies at the earliest opportunity. • Email sent at 11:55 on 26 February 2003 from Stuart Syvret to Bob Hill titled RE: Kathie Bull Report. Refers to discussion and agreement with the Presidents and Chief Officers of Education and Home Affairs that all States members be sent the Kathie Bull report, expressing surprise that members had not yet received copies. • Email sent at 12:36 on 26 February 2003 from Stuart Syvret to various parties including all States members titled RE: Kathie Bull Report. Expresses surprise to learn that States members had not received the Kathy [Kathie] Bull report, referring to discussion agreement with the Presidents and Chief Officers of Education and Home Affairs that all States members be sent copies.
