Scope and Content	Includes an email from Elsa Fernandes setting out details of arrangements to observe the behaviour of Witness 55's children at playgroup, and subsequent exchange including Witness 55's agreement to these arrangements. Also includes an email from Witness 55 referring to the contents of a video and setting out details of the attendance notes of a call between Witness 55's advocate and Karen Houston/Sykes from the States of Jersey Police. Refers to discussion of a multi-agency meeting about the matter of his children, discussion of concerns about sexual activity in the presence of the children and discussion regarding the involvement of Children's Services in the matter. Includes reply by Elsa Fernandes noting her inability to make contact with DC Sykes and remarks about action on the Police outcome.
