Scope and Content	Refers to Witness 55 having attended NSPCC Pathwyas on 11 May 2012 to discuss his concerns relating to his children, noting his request for NSPCC Pathways to view a video recording. Notes advice of Service Manager Liz Morris not to watch the video but to discuss the concerns with Social Services, detailing referral to and contact with Sean Pontin. Notes agreement by Mr Pontin that Social Services would view the video to obtain opinion as it whether it constituted child protection concerns, and refers to direction of the Court that the video be watched in its entirety by Dr Bryan Williams, Consultant Child Psychologist.
