Scope and Content	Refers to a letter from Witness 55 dated 22 October 2012 and reiterates contents of a previous letter dated 15 October 2012 stating that the JFCAS are only involved in a case when directed to be by the Court. States that the JFCAS ceased to have an active role in Witness 55's children's case following a Consent Order made on 18 July 2012 and a shared care agreement reached between Witness 55 and [the mother of his children], mentioning a report by Dr [Byrn] Williams. States that continued child protection concerns about his children should be reported to the Children's Service and clarifies point made by Witness 55 regarding an alleged finding made by the Court regarding a material failing by the multiagency, asserting that no such finding was made.
