Scope and Content	Refers to a letter from Witness 55 dated 22 July 2013. States that a referral was made by the JFCAS [Jersey Family Court Advisory Service] to the Children's Service on 4 January 2012 and that a list of concerns provided by Witness 55 to Ms [Elsa] Fernandes were discussed at a strategy meeting on 6 January [2012]. Refers to discussion of the above letter with a manager from the Health and Social Services Department regarding the JFCAS recommendations and refers to previous correspondence with Witness 55 regarding the matter, expressing satisfaction that child protection concerns and the welfare of Witness 55's children were considered and that the JFCAS liaised appropriately with other agencies.
