Scope and Content Requests that the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner carry out an assessment as to whether it is likely or unlikely that the processing of personal data has been or is being carried out in compliance with the provisions of the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2005. Sets out details of the circumstances giving rise to the request, providing background information about the case regarding concerns raised by him about the welfare of his children in relation to the period November 2011 to January 2014. Includes a description of perceived failings by Health and Social Services, States of Jersey Police and the Jersey Family Court Advisory Service and an explanation of the effect of the alleged beach on himself and his children. Includes a list of information available for inspection and finishes with a conclusion about the request.
