Scope and Content | • Letter dated 15 February 2016 from Philip Sinel, Sintel Global Limited to R McRae [Robert MacRae], [Attorney General]. Refers to the case of [a female former resident at Blanche Pierre Family Group Home] who was abused, stating that there was a cover up to ensure that the Maguires and another man were not prosecuted. Refers to the individual having to give evidence to the Inquiry in relation to the Maguires and their non-prosecution. Includes comments about the independence of the police and the role of the Attorney General in criminal investigations. Includes comments about the disappearance of Adrian Lynch and the circumstances surrounding this. • Letter dated 3 December 2015 [21 January 2016] from John Edmonds, Director - Criminal Division, Law Officers' Department to P Sinel, Sintel. Asserts to have credible evidence to suggest that an individual has raped at least three females and has been guilty of serious internet misuse over a period of decades.
