| Scope and Content | • Letter dated 15 February 2016 from Philip Sinel, Sintel Global Limited to R McRae [Robert MacRae], [Attorney General]. Refers to the case of [a female former resident at Blanche Pierre Family Group Home] who was abused, stating that there was a cover up to ensure that the Maguires and another man were not prosecuted. Refers to the individual having to give evidence to the Inquiry in relation to the Maguires and their non-prosecution. Includes comments about the independence of the police and the role of the Attorney General in criminal investigations. Includes comments about the disappearance of Adrian Lynch and the circumstances surrounding this. • Letter dated 3 December 2015 [21 January 2016] from John Edmonds, Director - Criminal Division, Law Officers' Department to P Sinel, Sintel. States that he is unable to enter into correspondence with Mr Sinel about specific cases, reiterating appropriate course of action for individuals who wish to make a complaint to the police. • Letter dated 12 January 2016 from Philip Sinel, Sintel Global Limited to R McRae [Robert MacRae], Attorney General. Refers to previous correspondence with Mr Edmonds and remarks about an individual who has preyed on Jersey residents and made use of his position and the protective mechanisms provided by Mr McRae's predecessors in order to remain at liberty. Sets out details of appropriate course of action for individuals who wish to make a complaint of criminal conduct to the police and names DS Ctahy Davison as a point of contact for Advocate Sinel's clients. • Letter dated 1 December 2015 from Advocate Philip Sinel, Sinels Advocates to the Attorney General. Copy sent to Francis [Frances] Oldham QC. Asserts to have credible evidence to suggest that an individual has raped at least three females and has been guilty of serious internet misuse over a period of decades. Outlines public interest considerations and describes implications of the allegations being found to be true. • Letter dated 15 February 2016 from Philip Sinel, Sinels Advocates to Ms Mac Call, Head of the Crown Dependencies Team.
