Scope and Content | Refers to an investigation into an allegation that [Joe Kennedy] attempted to pervert the course of justice by deliberating misleading a hearing relating to residents of Greenfields in that surveillance footage had been taped over and summarises [Joe Kennedy's] explanation of situation. States that the complaint fails the evidential test and recommends that the case is discontinued. Also refers to an investigation into complaints of common assault made against members of staff at Greenfields including [Joe Kennedy] by residents, noting that neither complainant had any injuries and that both [Joe Kennedy] and the other guardian acted within appropriate guidelines. States that the complaint fails to pass the evidential test in that reasonable force was used. |
