Scope and Content	Details findings regarding the care of children in custody at two establishments in Jersey: La Moye and the Greenfields Centre. Includes details about La Moye and the young offenders' wing of the prison, refers to critical inspections of the prison in 2001 and 2005, details findings of interviews with six young people detained at La Moye as children, lists concerns regarding La Moye particular in relation to the care of female children, and recommends that children should be held at Greenfields.
