| Scope and Content | Details involvement in social care over a period of 15 years, noting his qualification as a social worker in 2002 and commencement of employment at Greenfields in August 2006. Describes the application process for the role at Greenfields, recalling that he was interviewed by [Joe Kennedy], Phil Dennett and Deirdre McAvenue [Deirdre McAvinue]. Recalls visiting Greenfields and the Grand Prix system being explained to him, recalling conversation with [Joe Kennedy] about the use of the term cell. States that he took up the post on 1 August 2006, recalling terms of his contract and his job description.
