|Scope and Content||Relates to a complaint made by [a member of staff at Greenfields] against [Joe Kennedy]. Sets out contents of an email dated 6 December  from [Joe Kennedy] to [the complainant], and [the complainant's] reply of the same date regarding staff appointments, referring to the outcome of a meeting on the matter. Sets out a narrative relating to [the complainant], referring to his start date and remarks by [the complainant] about not having a suitable induction period, referring to failure of [Joe Kennedy] and another individual to provide formal insight into the service. Refers to [the complainant's] first supervision meeting with [Joe Kennedy] on 27 October  and [the complainant's] comments about [Joe Kennedy's] recording of this meeting. Refers to comments by [the complainant] about [Joe Kennedy] and the other individual not being supportive of him, comments about the responsibilities of [Joe Kennedy] and confirmation by [the complainant] that he had contact with [Joe Kennedy] and the other individual on a daily basis during his induction period.
