Scope and Content | Refers to the compilation of the prosecution file of Leslie Hughes. Notes need to include a brief personal history of 6 children who have made allegations of abuse by Leslie Hughes. Requests that any other child at [Clos des Sables Family Group Home] who had previously been considered at risk of sexual abuse also be referred to in a report in order to highlight the serious breach of trust involved, also suggesting a reason for why some individuals were not abused by Leslie Hughes. Requests that the report be forwarded for the attention of Detective Sergeant R F [Robert] Bonney. |
