Scope and Content | Includes an update on the remand centre [Les Chênes School], referring to an inspection carried out at the facility in 2001 and details of recommendations made in respect of strategic planning, school planning, secure unit provision, behaviour management, use of physical force, staffing, staff training, and premises and accommodation. Outlines action taken in respect of these recommendation and details problems to have occurred or continued since the 2001 inspection. Refers to two further visits to [Les Chênes] and details additional recommendations regarding placement, premises and accommodation, education, and staffing including in relation to overall staffing, teaching staff, care staff, management and legal requirements. Also includes a Children's Homes Report, referring to two children's homes inspected as part of the SEBD [Social, Emotional, and Behavioural Difficulties] Review.
