Scope and Content	Details agreement to request for [Mr Mansell] to be moved off site because of his concern for the safety of his family following threats issued against him and members of his family by a fifteen year old pupil at Les Chênes on leaving the Juvenile Court, noting the pupil has now been sentenced to the Young Offenders' Centre. Details agreement that the Education Committee meet any additional costs incurred in the rental of a property pending [Mr Mansell's] own house becoming available to him. Comments on issue of staff being resident on site in light of challenges and risks presented by pupils and highlights need to agree staffing arrangements with Mavis Snowdon. Describes incident as one of a series of events giving further cause for the pupose, organisation and operation of the school to be revisited, referring to a meeting with Anton Skinner and Steven Austin-Vautier to agree a way forward.
