Scope and Content Refers to absence of statutory provisions, guidelines or established practice in respect of dealing with matters of disclosure as such in question, referring to action taken to conduct research concerning current practices within the UK and legal advice sought in relation to the local interpretation of the law regarding public interest disclosures. Includes an explanation of the provisions of the law and details a number of matters and legal requirements considered in the course of reaching a decision on the matter. Advises that there are no grounds on which the police can make a public interest disclosure of any further infomation in relation to the investigation into Mario Lundy, and thus no information which would assist in relaiton to any disciplinayr or internal matters can be provided.
