Details the response of the AG [Attorney General] in relation to an allegation made against [Kevin Parr-Burman] to recommend no prosecution, noting concerns of the AG that [Kevin Parr-Burman] used excessive force and failed to record of such a significant event in the daily logs. Notes recommendation of the AG that the Children's Service deal with the matter through internal disciplinary procedures and training.
