Scope and Content	Provides details of Proposition: The States are asked to decide whether they are of opinion - in accordance with Article 21(4) of the States of Jersey 2005, to dismiss Senator Stuart Syvret as Minister for Health and Social Services. Provides details of Report, including introduction, background, reasons for proposing the Minister's dismissal, breakdown in relations with a wide range of people, undermining the child protection arrangements and thereby increasing the risk to vulnerable children, improper use of information and passing confidential information to third parties, failing to follow the agreed process for making ministerial decisions, bullying and harassment of staff via threatening and abusive e-mails, behaviour unbecoming of a Minister, breaching the Code of Conduct for Ministers, and conclusion.
