Scope and Content	Lists those in attendance at the meeting and those members of the Education Committee from whom apologies were received. Details discussion of the recommendations of the Children's Sub-Committee on the Department of Health Records agreed timescales regarding the implementation of the recommendations contained in a paper dated 23 November 1982 on the Department of Health and Social Security Report on the Jersey Child Care Service following its inspection of the service during February and March 1981. Notes decisions in respect of the recommendations in relation to the following areas of policy and procedure: reception into care; residential care; foster care; day care; non-accidental injury; adoption; preventative work designed to keep children out of care; review of children in care; education welfare; staff training; and liaison with the Probation Service.
