Dated 20 December 2010. Discusses case involving allegations of physical abuse made concerning a member of La Préférence Children's Home staff. Notes evidence regarding the use of inappropriate force by the member of staff. Conveys concerns that the member of staff did not make notes regarding the incident on the running report.
