Scope and Content	Provides details about a female born in 1954 with a NNEB [National Nursery Examination Board] qualification employed at Haut de la Garenne between 1973 and 1975 aged 19 to 21. Details her recollection of staff at the Home when she started, noting that Mr [Charles] Smith was the head Child Care Officer at the time. Provides details of her role, responsibilities and working hours, noting placement in Aviemore, and states that she was not given any guidelines in relation to disciplining children for misbehaviour. Includes recollections of residents and other staff members, including Morag [Kidd/Jordan] and Faye [Fay] Campbell. States that she did not witness any abuse at Haut de la Garenne, but describes the Home as institutionalised and a particular member of staff who was strict and verbally and physically stern with the children. Details surprise at seeing the Haut de la Garenne investigation in the media, stating that he had no knowledge of the cellars. States that two former residents never disclosed anything to her in respect of ill treatment whilst at Haut de la Garenne.
