Scope and Content	Refers to the examination of all available files relating to the detention rooms at Les Chênes and Greenfields, including secure suite logs, Les Chênes diaries, secure cell books, night supervisors's incident books, observation books, incident record books and visitors in/out books. Refers to eight individual recorded as regular occupiers of the secure unit, with paragraphs 7 to 74 relating to entries and records relating to one particular individual described as the main complainant to make allegations of emotional and psychological abuse due to isolation in the secure area cells. Also refers to records relating to other individuals, including the individual recorded to have spent more time in secure than any other, and refers to complaints made by other residents about the Merit Award System and Grand Prix System.
