Scope and Content Contents listed: background to the present child abuse disaster in Jersey, [Justice Secretary's] constitutional responsibilities and powers in respect of the Crown Dependencies, the good name of the Crown - and why that good name is presently in serious jeopardy in Jersey, the established and accepted doctrine of the separation of powers, the conflictedness of the Jersey judiciary, the conflictedness of the Jersey prosecutory service, the established and eccepted test of 'the appearance of objectivity' which any respectable judicial process must meet, democracy and the good administration of justice: recognising that they are not always the same cause, the United Kingdom: jus cogens erga omnes and Jersey, evidenced examples of possible criminality by senior figures in Jersey's judicial and prosecutory services, the present status of the current investigation of those senior figures by the Police force, action that must be taken by [the Justice Secretary] in defence of the victims in the name of the Rule of Law to defend the good name of the Crown and to meet the United Kingdom's international obligations, and conclusion.
