Scope and Content Includes an introduction, referring to an announcement in Working Together to Safeguard Children 2013 that a national panel of independent experts would be established in respect of SCRs [Serious Case Reviews]. Outlines the remit of the panel and provides information about each member of the panel: Elizabeth Clarke, Nicholas Dann, Jenni Russell and Peter Wanless.
