Scope and Content Sets out views and ideas on the future of child care services in Jersey, outlining what would be required, what would need to change and what part he could play. Includes comments about accountability, corruption and the Jersey Way and outlines ideas for change including: an independent prosecution service; affordable legal representation for victims of crime; ability to bring private prosecutions against cases the Attorney General chooses not prosecute; regular independent scrutiny of all departments including the police; separation between the legislator and the judiciary; reformed judicial system that protects whistleblowers; and mandatory reporting. Also includes comments about the lack of party politics and accountability, and failure of the mainstream media to hold the government to account.
