Images from the 1938 Jersey Poultry and Ornithological Society Annual Show held at Springfield. The images include prize winning chickens with their trophies, caged birds, and pheasants [see JWP 22/1/1938 p 4]. The images were produced from the negatives depicted in Contact Sheet 18 of Red Contact File 7 from the Jersey Evening Post (JEP) Photographic Archive.
Negatives have been scanned at 1200 dpi and can be downloaded as high quality jpg files. The quality of the images is dependent on the condition of the original.
