Images of aerial photographs, taken by Evening Post Photographer Ronnie Le Sueur, of HMS Vanguard, HMS Diadem and HMS Cleopatra in the English Channel. HMS Vanguard was returning from South Africa with the Royal Family on board [see JWP 17/5/1947 p 3]. The images were produced from the negatives depicted in Contact Sheet 14 of Red Contact File 20 from the Jersey Evening Post (JEP) Photographic Archive.

Negatives have been scanned at 1200 dpi and can be downloaded as high quality jpg files. The quality of the images is dependent on the condition of the original.
