Scope and Content Includes newscuttings of: a notice issued by the Impôts Department regarding the cultivation of tobacco; a notice issued by the Department of Essential Commodities concerning the reduction of the meat ration; and a public notice instructing the production of all vehicles to the German authorities for purchase. Also includes a signed note by Louis Beghin dated 21 April 1941.
