Image of the 1954 Inter Insular Swimming Gala held at Havre des Pas Pool. The image features the end of the 110 yard course; Bunty Burke can be seen in dark glasses, as can Ena Wilmot with a pad of paper, and also Roy Horsfall who is wearing a short sleeve shirt [see JWP 11/9/1954 p 4]. Negative number JSC 15 from the Jersey Swimming Club (JSC) Subject Boxes of the Jersey Evening Post (JEP) Photographic Archive. The negative was scanned at 1200 dpi and can be downloaded as a high quality jpg file. The quality of the scanned image is dependent on the condition of the original.
