Copy of a memorandum confirming that D.E.Smith on behalf of the Forum Cinema, E.C.Boielle for West's Cinema, and A V Fraser for the Opera House, have been made aware of the following points by the Feld Kommandant: The first point is that they are personally responsible for the conduct of the audience, and that they will see that neither signs of pleasure or displeasure (applauses also) of any kind take place during the showing of any film; the second point states that they are aware that any offence in this direction will immediately result in an extensive limitation as to the visitors of the cinema
