The said Philippe Walter Picot is to discharge all rentes and rights due to the first parties and also to pay the sum of £168 Livres Stering in one payment. The said Heber Picot and Henry Picot each receive the sum of £48 livres sterling, Laura Picot, Harriet Picot and Mary Jane Picot each receive the sum of £24 livres sterling.
