Includes completed Application as to Exemption and Notice of Appeal forms, and supporting statement, relating to case number 1342 of the Southern District Tribunal. The Appeal was applied for by Captain L L'H Ogier, a military representative. The Appeal was dismissed and a temporary and conditional exemption allowed until 31st March 1918. The original exemption was applied for by Mr F G de Faye, Henry's employer
