Images of islanders making Jersey Black Butter at a farm that is said to be near Wolf's Caves, St. John. The farm may be located along Rue de St. Blaize, but this cannot be confirmed at this time. In these images, taken at the end of the process, the spice is added to the cider and apple mixture, and the butter is distributed into jars.
