Scope and Content

Relates to the Honorary Police in Jersey and Roger Arthur Holland's tenure with the St Helier Honorary Police. Roger Holland was found guillty on two counts of indecent assault committed prior to 1992 in September 2000, and had a previous conviction for indecent assault from 1986.
