Includes draft Order under Children (Jersey) Law 1969 entitled Employment of Children (General Provisions) (Jersey) Order 1994 relating to interpretation; prohibition on employment of children under twelve years of age; restrictions on employment of children under thirteen years of age; permitted hours of employment; restriction on number of hours of employment; work experience; restriction on number of days of employment in a week; prohibited types of employment; prohibited places of employment; restricted places of employment; and duty of employer of child.
