Relates to incident dated 22 June 1976 where Witness 28 refused to come inside for ten minutes after morning playtime, and again after afternoon playtime. Describes Witness 28's behaviour over several days after class teacher W L G Cough confiscated his marbles. Details incident dated 24 June where Witness 28 and another pupil caused disturbances around the school, after which Witness 28 also injured another pupil with a pointed stick, and bit him. Reports that W L G telephoned Haut de la Garenne to inform them of the situation, and that staff at Haut de la Garenne confirmed Witness 28's had been displaying challenging behaviour away from school as well.
