Refers to Witness 28 being physically abused by another member of staff at Haut de la Garenne. Describes wash, bath and shower routine for residents at Haut de la Garenne, as well as bed time routine. Refers to slapping one child on the back of the legs as a form of discipline, and being reprimanded by Mrs Tilbrook.
