Letter dated 23 May 1969 from Children's Officer [P L Thornton] to the Medical Officer of Health Dr W Williams. Relates to the arrangement of an inspector from the Public Health Department to visit the home of Witness 74 and his adoptive mother. Pursuant to adoptive mother's plans to foster a baby for a short period. Act of the Public Health Committee dated 1 April 1963 signed by the Deputy Greffier A D Le Brocq. Relates to the extension of a foster permit to allow for an additional child to be fostered. Act of the Public Health Committee dated 29 October 1962 signed by the Deputy Greffier A D Le Brocq. Relates to the approval of an application for a foster permit. Letter dated 19 October 1962 from the Medical Officer of Health to the President of the Public Health Committee. Recommends the issuance of a foster permit for the care of one child under school age following the satisfactory completion of the necessary checks and inspections. Cancels Permit No. 311. Letter dated 11 October 1962 from Children's Officer [P L Thornton] to the Medical Officer of Health Dr A S Darling. Relates to the transfer of a foster permit with the view of the fostering of [Witness 74], a child at [Westaway] Crèche. Seeks urgent arrangement of an inspection by the Sanitary Inspector.
