Relates to the disclosure of documents relevant to Witness 119 and her time in care at Haut de la Garenne dating 28 March 1977 to 14 September 1979. Notes that documents were prepared with third party redactions by Michelle Cabot of the Governance Department. 2: List of all the children and staff members that Witness 119 remembers whilst in residence at the Haut de la Garenne between June 1977 and August 1979, and the respective groups that the individuals were in. Staff named include Morag Jordan née Kidd, Tony Jordan, Jim Thomson, Hazel Filleul and Phil Le Bail. Gives details of an incident of sexual abuse by a female member of staff in the shower area in Dunluce group at Haut de la Garenne. Recalls mentioning incident to police in a statement in 2009 during preparation of trials of Morag and Tony Jordan [C/D/AW1/B1/2/2/8/WS000420], and absence of any record of incident in Children's Services client file. Refers to specifics of client file, mentioning Mrs Martin, social worker [at St Helier Girls' School] and [Senior Child Care Officer] Mr [Anton] Skinner. Describes impact of strain caused by police investigation and news coverage concerning historic child abuse at Haut de la Garenne, mentioning subsequent counselling with pyschologist Shelly Le Main at Overdale Psychotherapy Unit following referral after meeting with Police at Hotel Savoy. Also gives details of longlasting impact of sexual abuse with respect to Witness 119's confidence, fulfillment of potential, ability as a parent and decision making. Includes details of reaction and response by Jim Thomson, Superintendent at Haut de la Garenne upon being learning of complaint through Skinner. Also mentions Children's Officer Mr [C A] Smith. Gives details about Witness 119 wishing to be transferred to Camelot Girls' Hostel, and feelings of Mr [Jim] Thompson [Superintendent at Haut de la Garenne] regarding this matter. Refers to Witness 119's happiness at Haut de la Garenne, tensions with a member of staff at the home, and progress at St Helier Girls' School. Refers to a discussion with Mrs M[a]cFarlane, matron at Camelot, regarding the possibility of Witness 119 moving to the hostel.
