Refers to meeting with friend around Hotel d’France [Hotel de France] dated 11 May 2009, who knew another former resident at Haut de la Garenne, in which Witness 176 asked for the names of the Heads and Deputy Heads of the Houses at Haut de la Garenne. Details the friend’s response, naming Morag Jordan and [William Allan] Gilbert among others. Comments on physical characteristics of [William Allan] Gilbert.
