Background and Home Life Provides name, date of birth, and address. Supplies names of siblings, [other foster children at Family Group Home], foster parents, and foster parents’ children. Institutions Recalls transfer to [Family Group Home] at age of 4 or 5, describing a Victorian property. Mentions sitting rooms, playrooms, dining rooms, kitchens, wash rooms, staircases, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Recalls sharing a bedroom with other boys. Describes happy atmosphere of [Family Group Home]. Refers to instances of naughty childish behaviour, and response of foster parents, mentioning being told off and on rare occasions smacked with a hand. Abuse and Consequences Refutes allegations of abuse made by another witness. Events since leaving Care Describes other witness’s alcoholism, and intervention and aid provided by Witness 321 and his wife.
