1. Case Conference [Home Circumstances] Report Gives details about Witness 123 including year of birth and religion. Includes recommendations of previous case conference, noting Witness 123's admission to [Westaway] Crèche per the Poor Law Commission, citing parents' separation. Comments on Witness 123's behaviour and character, mentioning shyness. Also includes a brief history of home circumstances since last conference, including observations. Comments on interest shown by individuals with respect to possibly fostering Witness 123 and her sibling, mentioning a former nursery nurse at [Westaway] Crèche and a married couple. Refers to efforts to trace [Witness 123's] legal father. 2. Observation Conference Report Includes recommendations of the case conference, including using a foster home as a base and mentioning a married couple. Sets date of review. 3. Case Conference [Reception Centre] Report Reports on Witness 123's behaviour and development since move to a new group, commenting on the results of an intelligence test and mental health.
