Provides statistics with respect to the number of children in residence at Haut de la Garenne as at 30 April 1973, and the number of children cared for during [April 1973]. Refers to admissions of children already in the care of the [Education] Committee to Haut de la Garenne [during September 1967], citing refusal of parents to have their child, admission pending transfer to a Girls' Training Home, and the admission of Witness 171 [and his brother] on 18 April 1973 following the breakdown of their placement at Norcott Villa Family Group Home. Also includes detail of an admission under Article 82 of the Children (Jersey) Law 1969 at the request of the Guernsey Children Board following a foster home breakdown.
