Officer's Report dated 17 February refers to allegations made by 15 persons including Witness 184 against the member of staff, relating to emotional abuse, physical abuse, sexual abuse. Refers to the member of staff as a suspect in the Historical Child Abuse investigation, and report of Civilian Investigator John McMahon concerning allegations of abuse by the member of staff.
