Lists [the Children's Officer] Miss P L Thornton, [Assistant Children's Officer] Mr C A Smith, [Child Care Officer] Mr J H Thomson, Mr and Mrs C H Tilbrook [Superintendent and Matron at Haut de la Garenne], and Mr [Thomas] Hamon [member of staff at Haut de la Garenne] as amongst those present at the Case Conference. Refers to Witness 195's admission into care in May 1964, and comments of Thomson and Smith regarding Witness 195's background, early years at home and family developments including comments on marital relationship of Witness 195's parents. Includes comment by Tilbrook regarding Witness 195's behaviour and attitude, and comments by others about Witness 195's relationship with his peers. Finishes with recommendations that Witness 195 return home at the end of the term and Witness 195 should continue to be a member of the Scouts.
