Refers to the arrest of Witness 195 and another child by Centenier Morris of the Parish of St Helier accused of, in concert and in complicity, having stolen a purse containing money from a individual at a dwellling-house. Includes Court Order that Witness 195 should be sent to Haut de la Garenne and that the other child should be sent to an Approved School, until further order of the Court.
