Refers to Witness 346 and her sibling being committed by the Royal Court 23 November 1961 as being in need of care and protection. Mentions separation of the children's parents, referring to the father's alcoholism and allegations that he abused Witness 346 [and her siblings]. Includes summaries of the children's medical histories, noting Witness 346 having measles, mumps and all injections and recommendation by Mr Denny that she should have her tonsils removed. Mentions Witness 346's brother's consultation at the ENT [Ear Nose and Throat] Clinic.
