Gives details of a visit carried out by Carter on 24 April 2008 to see Witness 396 at her home address. Refers to Witness 396 stating that she will not attend Court under any circumstances in relation to [Gordon] Wateridge, noting her request for her witness statement to be withdrawn and receive no further contact from the police or other agencies. Comments on Witness 396's disclosure in respect of allegations of sexual abuse by an unnamed male at knife point when Witness 396 was aged 10. Notes that Witness 396 disclosed the name of her alleged abuser, a former resident at Haut de la Garenne during the 1960s who himself is an alleged victim of sexual abuse by an individual.
