Comments on occasions on which Witness 347 has absented himself [from school], and mentions Witness 347's wish to be sent to an Approved School due to his not getting on with other children at Haut de la Garenne, specifying two children in particular. Recommends Witness 347 stay [in Jersey] and receive further pyschotherapy at the psychiatric clinic [Child Guidance Clinic].
