Refers to matters including the appointment of a gardener and reports on children, noting no admissions and one discharge since the last meeting. Discusses action to be taken in respect a girl recommended to receive Approved School training and recommendation of Dr Louise O'Meara regarding a child adjudged to be suitable for training in a maladjusted school. Also gives details of a holiday exchange with Birmingham for children at Haut du Mallet led by the Deputy Superintendent Mr [George] Mallinson, and plans to find a violin instructor to come to Haut du Mallet to take a small class.
